Ford's Colony Experience the beauty of 54 holes of Championship Golf. With a character
all their own, Fords Colony courses are naturally situated on Williamsburg's rolling terrain.

Golden Horseshoe Gold The year was 1963, the designer was Robert Trent Jones, Sr.
and the place was Williamsburg, Virginia. Constructing more that 350 golf courses in 45 states and 35 countries, Trent commented the Williamsburg course is "my finest design".

Golden Horseshoe Green Designed by Rees Jones, son of Robert Trent Jones Sr.
(designer of Gold Course), this course opened in October of 1991. It was not long before the Green Course continued the tradition of the Golden Horseshoe. In 1992 Golf Digest
selected the course as one of the five best new resort courses.
